Bone Multi System is for patient with narrow bone ridge, especially single case.
- Cut the bone ridge using disk.
- Place spreading pins alongside of bone opening. Chisel can be used to help expansion.
- Engage spreading adapter or spreading pin and turn.
- Spreading pin can be turned either with spreading adapter or latchet adapter.
- Turn 3 pins slowly to get even expansion.
- After spreading, remove spreading pin an place fixture.
- Spreading pin and fixture shall be replaced on by one, not all 3 pins at one time.
- Graft bone in between placed fixtures.
- If necessary, harvest more bone with Auto Mill.
