Bone Spreading is for placement of 2-3 of implants at narrow ridge.

Bone Spreading is for placement of 2-3 of implants at narrow ridge.

  • Cut the bone ridge using disk.
  • Place spreading pins alongside of bone opening.
  • Engage spreading adapter on spreading pin and turn.
  • Spreading pin can be turned either with spreading adapter or latchet adapter.
  • Turn 3 pins slowly to get even expansion.
  • After spreading, remove spreading pin and place fixture.
  • Spreading pin and fixture shall be replaced on by one, not all 3 pins at one time.
  • Graft bone in between placed fixtures.
